The year before Leadership Summit started in our school, we had 40 pregnancies in our student body of grade 7, 8, and 9 students. After a year-and-a-half of the ninth grade students participating in Summit, we had zero pregnancies in our whole school! - Principal

Leadership Summit has changed learners’ attitudes in the following: number of pregnancy has drastically decreased, number of those who do not do homework has also decreased, behavior problems in general decreased, and relationships with fellow learners and educators, as well as the community, are better. - Principal

Since February 2007, we have not had any report from the teachers about student drug use. This is an indication of the success of Leadership Summit. Absenteeism has gone down because learners now understand the importance of school and that the future is in their hands. - Principal
