Trip Costs

As your host ministry, we will facilitate every aspect of your mission trip. We’ll take care of meals, accommodation, transportation, ministry site set-up, translators, and follow-up. All of this is worked into the cost of the trip.

Team prices for 2008/2009 trips are as follows:
(Prices do not include airfare.)
Two weeks or shorter (14 days or less):
Three weeks
(15 to 21 days):
Four weeks
(22 to 28 days):
Longer trips:

Step 1 - Talk to Us

Send an email to our Missions Department and let us know when you’d like to bring out your team.

Step 2 - The Details

We’ll start dialoging with you to sort out and set up out the details of the trip.

Step 3 - The Trip Begins

You fly to Africa. We pick you up at the airport in Johannesburg and drive you to our mission base where your trip will begin.

It’s that simple. Ok. Not entirely that simple, but you get the idea.

Is there a limit to the size of my team?
No. We’ve hosted teams of over 100 before. We do ask for a minimum of 6 people. If your group is smaller than that, contact us and we’ll talk through some options.

Can only people of certain ages come?
We host adult teams as well as teen and college-aged groups. Many teams are mixed. We do ask that you don’t bring kids under the age of 13 without an accompanying parent or guardian.

When can we come?
Teams are welcome anytime between the months of February and November. The summer months are our busiest for youth trips. Let us know soon what dates you have in mind to make sure we’ll save room for you!
