Job: Pastoral Development Director
Have you dreamed of a job where you can mentor and disciple other pastors? We are looking for a Hand in Hand Director to oversee our entire local pastors’ network, functioning as a “pastor to the pastors”.
As the Director of the Hand in Hand ministry, you will plan and develop conferences and training events and be responsible for the further development of Thrive Africa’s mentorship program for local pastors. The Hand in Hand Director will liaise directly with local pastors, developing strong partnerships between the ministry and local churches.
Qualifications:
Pastoral experience is strongly desired, and experience in mentoring and discipling other pastors is preferred.
